The alignment of the two photographs is working (the illusion of the body continuing between the break in the photos). But the overlay of the textured metallic paper is not working. It is not incorporated just yet… Watch this animation. The textures are integral and non-obtrusive at the same time… the 3D models and painted backgrounds are enhanced by the textures. Maybe a starting point would be to take a photo of the metallic paper and use that as a overlay (with the transparency paper)… For the statement, remember that non one will know what didn't happen in your work (unless you tell them). Make the statement about the piece as it currently stands.
